Scope of Work: Description: • Will be responsible for installation and removal of network installation projects in switch room, regen, and PoP site environments. • Must understand and follow detailed method of procedures (MOPS) and Safety MTCE Window requirements. • Duties include but are not limited to installing / removing bays, shelves and circuit card assemblies from a wide variety of manufactures, installing / removing overhead cable racks as well as running and lacing Ethernet, fiber, and power cabling to include termination and testing. • The B3 will be required to provide their own basic tool kit for installation of switching, optical and data products – All required calibrated tools will be provided by Ericsson Job Requirements: ***Mileage log to be used weekly and uploaded to AH, Mobile Phone to be provided by Supplier, 40 hours of OJT per 12 months on contract (not entered into AH), weekly time entered into AH by 2pm EST on Mondays*** • General knowledge of wireline/wireless equipment installation and basic testing methods and procedures (MOPs). • General knowledge of operating principles of wireline, wireless and RF environments • Ability to interpret and perform tasks outlined in MOPs, vendor documentation, technical specifications, network practices, engineering letters and job aids. • Knowledge of telephony networks, include DS1, DS3, OC, and various IP networks • Ability to identify all colors associated with telecommunications cable and equipment indicator lights. • Dexterity to connect and disconnect various sizes and types of electronic connectors. • Ability to work in overhead rack or grid for extended periods of time pulling long lengths of heavy cables • Ability to work outside of normal business hours (ie: shift work) as dictated by project requirements. **This position may require the contractor to be on-call. Scope of Work: Responsibilities: • UNI/EVC Ordering: o Ericsson Managed Services is required to complete the UNI/EVC ordering and provisioning, including:  Receive notification form Ericsson OEM to release ASR to AAV • Complete UNI/EVC ASR in accordance with AAV requirements • Reporting of ASR acceptance back to Ericsson OEM • Engage with AAVs to resolve ordering and provisioning issues • Provide order status reports to Ericsson OEM • Remote testing of EVC logical layer Core Systems: • NRM • Wisor/Synchronoss • Web Test Portal/Qscope

Scope of Work: As a Services Engineer II you will be part of RAN Transport Engineering team. You will perform network integration on transport/Backhaul nodes such as MultiService Switching Nodes (MSN), Cell site Router (CSR),SP-210/310, SOEM, Smart Edge Routers and aggregate routers. In addition, you can be part of team which performs network planning, system design and network performance audits. You will perform these activities on Ericsson’s 4th Generation IP products and solutions and provide services on other vendor’s transport equipment, primarily in multi-vendor networks. This includes IP Backbone and IP Convergence products. • Ability to perform detail analysis and investigation related to network and system performance. • Ability to evaluate customer requirements and provide solutions with support from other team members. • Expertise in layer 2 switching concepts, MPLS and layer 3 IP routing protocols. • Expertise in IP Transport Network connectivity. • Detailed understanding of 3G, 4G, UMTS, CDMA, EVDO network architecture and how access nodes are connected to Core network. • Experience in Ethernet Backhaul. Scope of Work: Construction Manager II – AT&T – Reading, PA Experience with UMTS, LTE and Micro Wave preferred. This assignment covers Turfing sites awarded in the market area. Construction dates will be approx from June 1st, 2013 to Dec 31 2013 with all closeouts and project closure by end of project. Scope of Work – The CM will perform the following tasks : Site Scoping Site Walks • Maintain project tracker in Site Handler. • Provide any necessary support to construction lead and market project manager. • Ensure that SPs (subcontractors) stays on schedule to meet deliveries. • Use output from at&t Site Acquisition team as additional planning input to construction phase CONSTRUCTION Services • Manage SPs (subcontractors) as required to meet the goals. • Ensure SPs are familiar and are following all required procedures (Access procedure, SOW procedures) • Ensure SPs are following the communication plan and escalate any issues early on in support if we are having issues. •Attend Customer meetings and communicate project schedule status as required. Address customer issues and concerns as they arise. • Agree on the services will be performed at each site with the customer and double check the communication plan and contact information. • Oversee the creation and verify the accuracy of the Task Order, ensure that these are agreed to and quotes created based on the Task Order. • Provide any necessary support to the Vendors SP teams in the field. • Ensure SP remains on schedule to meet delivery targets. • Continue discussions with SP to ensure they are on track for obtaining sufficient resources to support the project • Verify work complete and ensure that SPs Vendors are being paid on a regular basis • Review change orders with SP daily. Address customer issues and concerns as they arise. • Agree on the services will be performed at each site with the customer and double check the communication plan and contact information. • Oversee the creation and verify the accuracy of the Task Order, ensure that these are agreed to and quotes created based on the Task Order. • Provide any necessary support to the Vendors SP teams in the field. • Ensure SP remains on schedule to meet delivery targets. • Continue discussions with SP to ensure they are on track for obtaining sufficient resources to support the project • Verify work complete and ensure that SPs Vendors are being paid on a regular basis • Review change orders with SP daily. (Discuss recurring items that are out of scope that are causing delays. • Address Scope creep and possible add-on services not foreseen.
